Strange Sounds heard in Eastern Slovakia, Europe - Sept 20, 2013

Witness report 1: First time I have heard these weird eerie sounds where I live, Slovakia, Central Europe. I only heard similar sounds from other YouTube videos shot all around the world. I don't know what the source was, so far no luck finding out. The sound was much louder than it seems in the video, I have recorded it using camera with a simple microphone.

 

Witness report 2: This was recorded in the afternoon of 19.9.2013, in Dlhe Diely, about 12 hours after similar sounds were heard in other parts of the city. There is no exact explanation, according to officials, it could be caused by releasing steam valve pressure in oil refinery outside the city. I think it seems very implausible, as the refinery is located about 10-15 kilometers from the Dlhe Diely.
